There is a 7-day refund policy – no questions asked. Recurring subscriptions will not be refunded if it is beyond 7 calendar days from the date of initial purchase.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time in the Members Area http://ptsdacademy.com/members/member/index. You must be logged in to view this area. You may also cancel your subscription from within the PayPal.com website: First click on the Premedical Solutions, LLC transaction. Then, click on the “Manage Premedical Solutions, LLC payments” link. The “Cancel Subscription” button is at the bottom of the page. Be sure to Confirm the Cancellation on the following page or it will not go through. You will get an email confirmation from PayPal soon afterwards.
What if I want both the book and the online class?
You will have to pay separately for each item. Lulu is our publisher and they take up to 2 weeks to deliver the physical books. Registration and access to the PTSD Academy online course videos is available right away. You can get started with the videos before the books arrive! I didn’t get my books!
PTSD Academy relies on an outside publisher to fulfill all book orders and therefore doesn’t have the ability to speed up the shipment process. Please contact the publisher, Lulu with principle offices near the Research Triangle in North Carolina, for customer support at http://www.lulu.com/support/.
My password doesn’t work.
If you made your own password for one of the paid, online courses, it was emailed to you. Please check your Trash/SPAM folder. If you can’t find it or it simply stopped working, click on “Forgot Password” link on the login page at http://ptsdacademy.com/members/login. Next, you will enter in either your user name or the email you used to register on PTSDacademy.com. Check your email for a password reset link so it can confirm that it’s you, then enter in a new password and save it somewhere safe.
I can’t login or call in to the Teleconference.
We use GoToMeeting to conduct live teleconferences. You may call in via phone only, but will not be able to see any presentation material or website navigation performed live. For slow internet connections, or while traveling, this is sometimes the best option. You will want to download and install the GoToMeeting software onto your computer 30 minutes before the meeting to make sure it’s working and you’ve tested your microphone settings beforehand.
